Our Governing Bodies

Placido Furnari is an Executive Member of the Board of Directors, responsible of Claims, Risk and Information. Placido Furnari has over 20 years of experience at Euler Hermes, with roles dedicated to Information, Underwriting, Risk and Claims. From professional path, we highlight the position of Director of Risk Underwriting Department at Euler Hermes Italy and Risk, Claims, and Information at Euler Hermes Greece. Plácido began his career in an Italian Nationwide Industrial Union as responsible for Credit and for International Activities. Graduated in Economics from the University of Rome “La Sapienza”, holds an MBA in Business Finance and Financial Analysis from IFAF Scuola di Finanza in Milan. 

Riccardo Noto has been a non-executive member since October 2023, representing Allianz Trade, where he serves as COO of the MMEA Region (Mediterranean, Middle East, and Africa).
