Thomas Baum provides more than 20 years of experience in the fields of public promotion as well as in trade finance and trade insurance in several positions. Currently he is Head of Division Berlin of the German ECA and leads the ECA Advisory practice of Euler Hermes Germany. Between 2011 and 2017, he was Partner in a Big 4 Accounting Firm heading the ECA Underwriting and Advisory teams. During this period he lead various advisory engagements.

Hendrik Holdefleiss joined Euler Hermes in 1999 in the State Export Credit Guarantee Division. For several years he worked as a Manager of international relations and country risk assessment. Hendrik Holdefleiss headed the Department of Economic Research carrying out analysis of trade policy, regional economic developments and country risk. Later he was in charge of the Public Relations Department of the Export Credit Guarantees. In June 2011 he was appointed Head of Division Underwriting and Risk Management.
